I'm asking for some help to speed up the video a little using 3060 12gb gpu 32g ram. is the nsfw and regular aio the same speed? I'm not using nsfw content mostly.

Same speed, yes. However, lots of the weights are biased towards NSFW activities. So, the SFW version should theoretically be more SFW-capable.
but the speed is already built in. That is kinda the point of it. Not sure if a another lower step lora on top if it is a good idea (quality wise).

minimum on that gpu is 53it/s, usual is 63it/s, if more than 70 something is wrong
