+This “SD variant” license contains a Prohibited Uses section designed to be compatible with Stable Diffusion’s license.
+Because of that section, this is not a free software license.
+Unless you are releasing a derivative of a Stable Diffusion model, it is not recommended that you use this license.
+
+This license comes with special requirements if you intend to allow users to access this software over a network.

+Purpose

+This license gives everyone as much permission to work with this software as possible,
+while protecting contributors from liability, protecting the freedom of end users, and reducing harm.

+4. To generate or disseminate personally identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual

+5. To defame, disparage, or harass individuals
+
+6. For fully automated decision-making that adversely affects legal rights or creates/modifies binding obligations
+
+7. For discrimination or harm based on online/offline social behavior or known/predicted personal characteristics
+
+8. To exploit vulnerabilities of specific groups (age, social, physical, mental characteristics)
+   in a way that materially distorts behavior and causes physical or psychological harm
+
+9. For discrimination based on legally protected characteristics or categories
+
+10. To provide medical advice or interpret medical results

+11. To generate or disseminate information intended for use in administration of justice, law enforcement,
