@aappeell not possible, pushed and deployed automatically.
I did it on purpose, so now you can also upload your own images to the project once the project has been created.

Oh ok @BlackMonsterMedia @od5965 deepsite is not able to display your private space. To improve the speed and the UX, I now use the direct space URL to display it, but if the space is private I can display the preview, unfortunately. That's why the private spaces aren't display in your projects.

I can probably do something for this, will take a look. For now you can just put your space public, should fix the issue.

The code editor is now in readonly mode. (Just put it in readonly UI wise, I forgot) You can ask DeepSite to do some changes, or if you wanna continue it manually you can clone it or use the markdown editor through Hugging Face 🤗

Just to clarify, is the readonly mode termporary? I'm not too familliar with hugging face or the alternate manual input methods you listed above. But being able to manually change the code was very convenieont, why did that go away? I have code I wanted to paste in and now it doesnt seem like I can.

In DeepSite v2, it was really easy to edit an existing page — I could just paste the page content along with my instructions, and it worked smoothly. In the new version, I’m having a harder time editing pages using the same approach, since I keep running into errors. The read-only mode also makes it harder to fully express what I want compared to v2.

Is DeepSite still being updated to fix these issues? And is there any plan to allow users to choose between v2 and v3, since v2’s workflow was more flexible?

Same problem but also if you have multiple pages clicking on the tab of the page does not show in preview without having deepsite make a slight change to the page or even "is code working filename" or "review code filename"

I liked it when we could add our own code. Why do I need to ask it to bring the code in when I could copy paste it before and make edits to the code. Make it optional. Just ruined my debugging for the day

@enzostvscan you please add a way to deploy manually? I can't access the website embed without the link showing up when I deploy, and I want to have updates that dont auto update, for example, my game if it breaks

I can add a button on the top right to see your Space, but for the auto update I will take a look tomorrow. I can probable add an option in the settings :-)

When inserting manual code (created from a previous session), the preview doesn't show up anything at all.

And when you try to do anything with it (any prompt at all), it just shows error.

You should ask deepsite your idea first, and then you will be able to edit the code manually if needed. Deepsite is first a vibe coding app, not a code editor 🙂‍↕️

the code that I'm dropping in, is code that was created by Deepsite through vibe coding.
Just that because projects / previous code are not saved automatically, I have to save the code somewhere and come back and work on it by pasting the code I was working previously in.

And as for code editing, the manual code editor is helpful for making small changes to text instead of prompting to do minor changes in text.

Update: I am able to get it to complete the full site with a second prompt, specifically requesting it to"

"continue token output until the prompt is fully responded to, content-rich, and complete."

However, this massaging was not required before. That said, the content is solid upon completion.

As it stands it has taken multiple prompts to reach a complete site whereas before it was handling one-shots no problem at all.

Great product, hope you can get it ironed out soon.

Thank you @enzostvs . This can now run all the way to the end. However, from my experience, the results are not better than version 2. In terms of UI/UX appearance, it does look more modern, but I feel the process is no faster than version 2. Please do not close version 2 yet, because I am still using it. Thank you for creating this and keep up the good work, friends.

I did not change the result, however you can disable the "Enhance Prompt" system, maybe could help. Also updating the model could work

Since the last update, DeepSite gets stuck in the "Thinking" phase.
It shows several sentences like it is generating the structure, but it never finishes and no website is displayed in the preview.

I already tested in different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), cleared cache, and also tried in incognito mode — same issue.

Can you please check if this is a global bug or a server-side problem?

I keep getting a "Failed to perform inference: an HTTP error occurred when requesting the provider" error, especially when trying to generate new pages, and the refresh preview button doesn't seem to work. the code looks good, but the page isn't generating properly.

"Deepsite is first a vibe coding app, not a code editor"

While I can appreciate that, I think it's also worth appreciating that people can use deepsite in more than one way. Perhaps someone wants to paste their own code in, and ask deepsite to fix something they haven't been able to so they can learn from it. Perhaps they want to build off of an idea they started, but never finished. Perhaps they got something from another AI that they want to put through here to refine. Perhaps they want to modify a codepen they saw. Perhaps they just want it to fix errors in handwritten code. Or how about when the tool itself makes simple mistakes that you can spot and fix? I've had it miss a ' or } more than once. Being able to manually edit saves a lot of resources over prompting it to find and fix itself. I don't really want to waste time, electricity, and water making a machine fix a typo when I can do it with in 3 seconds.

I don't see this as an "either or" situation. I think there's room for everyone at the table. Good WYSIWYG editors are few and far between these days and you happened to build one. Why alienate an entire market of people that want to use your product simply because it's "intended for" vibe coding? There are lots of products in this world intended for one thing but end up being popularly used for another purpose. Astroglide is regularly used to lubricate machines, as an easy example...and I'm pretty sure that's not what it says on the bottle. WD-40, Vaseline, Coca Cola, Corn Flakes were all created for different purposes than we use them for today. Play-doh was meant to clean walls...bubble wrap was supposed to be textured wallpaper. Listerine is my favourite though - it was a floor cleaner and surgical antiseptic. You happened to make something that was intended "for" vibe coding. People saw it and like it for real time code editing. Awesome, just more people enjoying something you've built.

All I'm saying is that I really hope you keep all users in mind for future updates, not just traditional vibe coders. I think you've got something wonderful here and I hope it doesn't get encrappified like everything else. See: Playground AI for a great example of that

it takes a very long time to load the page, and in the end it still leaves an error page of 500, and so on all day.

I asked the infra team about this. Trying to factory rebuild the project for now, should be fixed, will keep you updated!

I love what you've built brother. I have been running to issues all day with error code 500 pages. Been trying to switch browsers, even asked friends to see if they can access from their browser. May be within the models themself? If I knew how to host it locally, I would in a heartbeat!

Hi @Nick-Phizz27 you can do it through Hugging Face, your project is already live, check your space! Now select the good one, and go to the Settings, you'll be able to connect a custom domain

The generated pages either do not have navigation menu on top, or when they do, it is not responsive. When you switch to smaller screen size, there is no hamburger menu to slide out the main menu. It is just blank.
