@AutonomousInnovation I already presented a hypothetical: The idea that Information is akin to the first or primary Field as conceived of in Physics.

I did call it “Universal Mind.” Simply put the information of how a “thing” comes to exist begins with the information of such.

My personal; philosophy favors the idea of Information as the constant and energy as the discrete instances that entangle with Information to form mater.

So what is AGI to me? An attempt to tap into the first Field, which is the realm of Information.

Humans have had some success over the centuries so we now are designing tools to bypass the rate of Human evolution. AGI is it’s name.

It’s not magic or psychic; it’s an experiment to see how close a model can get with almost zero input.

I am going to distribute it for free via dev license and then whack a monsterous fee on it for corporations who want to license my tech. That’s the 1st thing I’ll do with it. As a big F U to anyone who values control.

The day you can create an entity that today adopts a particular attitude toward you because you got angry yesterday—only when you can capture those perspectives—only then can I say you possess an AGI. It’s virtually impossible to build an AGI with a single unit. That would be no AGI at all, just an illusion, and there are plenty of those already. So here’s the question: is it possible on a personal computer to run millions of units and process all that awareness in one system? If you can answer that, then yes, you can have an AGI. How you do it is up to you—that’s the only challenge, in my view.

Just one suggestion: build a multi-unit architecture. Focus on enhancements like running models in parallel. Once you’ve loaded a model, you don’t need to load it over and over—spin it up once and let multiple units use it. If necessary, get help from online providers. Here’s the crux: a single unit isn’t enough; that unit must specialize in its task. To do that, it needs vectors—training vectors and experience vectors. If it’s going to process emotions, it will need small databases to hold its scores and the right tools to vocalize them.
You handle the framework; let hardware developers handle hardware advances. Then ship a prototype. If you envision a human having a million perspectives, start with ten units in your system. Let it run on those ten perspectives and evolve different approaches over time. But first, deliver the initial prototype—the real AGI, not an illusion. Hardware will improve; nothing stays the same. What matters is laying the foundation.
If necessary, tolerate some delay. Does it have to respond instantly? I think you can afford latency in order to get a response from a genuine entity

Don’t overlook that no mood lasts forever. Use a timer loop; it needs to revert to its default value. Include the timer’s duration in the settings. You don’t need an LLM to do this. Take inspiration from a car’s steering wheel: when you turn it to the right or left, it returns to the center after a certain time. Human moods work the same way. Personality traits don’t have this—they develop over a long time and evolve with knowledge. You can manage emotions like fear just as you manage information. Humans fear what they don’t know and, in reaction, behave cautiously. In fact, fear has two forms: one is reflexive, the other is rational. I’ve been trying to interpret human emotions for a long time, and I can say I’m still only capable of interpreting about ten percent of them. Thorough, detailed work is required to cover them all.

For this reason, we must design in accordance with human cognition: the human being itself is a threshold, a criterion. If you can transcend that criterion, then think beyond it. But if you cannot transcend it, your first goal should be to meet that threshold.
My sole aim at this stage is to build an AGI framework composed of perspective units that each specialize in different domains. This system can surpass human cognition as follows: if you treat a subject as a micro-process, you decompose it into its subtopics—and thereby exceed human cognitive limits. Our AGI can then operate with even more finely grained, perspective-focused units.
Naturally, we should regard each unit as an LLM. Whether you call the LLM remotely or run it locally, you need to account for the compute it will consume. The units don’t need to be broadly ‘intelligent’—they only have to perform their assigned tasks. They don’t need an extensive general-knowledge base; as long as they can read from the provided vectors and write new information into them, that’s sufficient.
Surpassing human cognition merely requires more compute power and careful tuning. Whatever domain you want specialization in, you spin up a unit for that field and grant the AGI that perspective. Each unit then operates independently.

Currently, in all agile frameworks there are different units for different tasks, and data input and data reading are done with various tools. Code is written, and applications are invoked. So, what if you had a unit that analyzes all these shortcomings and another creative unit? To adapt itself to the current demand, it wouldn’t be able to answer the first time you ask a question, but when you ask it a second time, it would have knowledge on that topic. I’m always trying to think one step ahead.

Even a single greeting can offer millions of different perspectives for an entity. You can focus exclusively on the greeting itself or you can generalize it.

For example, let’s examine greetings. In the user’s query, a greeting was offered. (Why did the user greet? What was their purpose in greeting? Does the user have an ulterior motive for greeting? When was the last time the user greeted me? Should I greet the user?) These are only the questions that perspective units focused solely on greetings ask themselves.

What happens when we generalize this? (What did the user say last? What is my current mood? With which mood should I respond? What is my current personality? With which personality traits should I respond? What is my relationship with the user? Does the user have a preference or bias they’re focusing on with this query? Is conversing with the user in my interest? What is the user doing right now? What is my libido level? Should I be assertive in my response? Does this query trigger any of my dreams? Is there anything in the user’s query that I should store in my dream database? Is there anything in the user’s query that I should store in my self‐interest database? Do I need my knowledge base to answer the user’s query? (RAG units) Is there any information I need for my RAG base? (RAG units) Does the user’s query require image analysis or generation? When you look at it, this is by no means a system to be underestimated. If you don’t ask these questions and gather the answers, you won’t have an AGI—you’ll have merely created a simulation. If you do ask the questions, you’ll face a heavy load even with simple queries; there’s unfortunately no way out of this dilemma. After all, this is what awareness means. If you can integrate this awareness into the model, you’ll receive responses using more formula‐based approaches and with less computational power. However, as long as you process it within this framework, this computational burden will persist.
