Our HF Docker-based streamlit space is permanently in the “Building” state with “No Logs” shown. I have tried restarting and factory rebuilding the space a few times but nothing works. My other spaces build fine.

This is not a problem with the Dockerfile or code because the same code works here: https://huggingface.co/spaces/autogluon/fev-leaderboard-mirror
This is leaderboard benchmarking time series foundation models. Researchers and users are familiar with the first link so we would really like to get this fixed as soon as possible.

After just duplicating non-working version, it worked without problem.
This suggests that either some flag within the HF server is incorrectly set, or the cache or something else is malfunctioning. It seems best to contact HF. [email protected]
Thanks John! I sent HF an email.
I tried a “hack” which somehow triggered a rebuild. I first changed the space to static by setting.
sdk: static
After pushing I started seeing the static README. Then, I set the sdk back to docker.
sdk: docker
This worked for me somehow but clearly it’s not the ideal way to solve this problem.

I encountered the same issue today and managed to work around it using almost the same method as above (In my case: sdk: gradio => sdk: static => sdk: gradio). Factory rebuilds and restarts didn’t work.
