Savalera is a company founded in 2013 that started its Agentic Lab in February 2025. We're a team of curious minds who:

• Work with organizations to harness diverse data sources and build AI solutions that solve complex data-driven problems.

• Explore how AI can foster healthier communication, collaboration, and psychological safety in teams and communities.

• Develop evaluation frameworks focused on the "soft skills" of AI - how systems handle interpersonal dynamics, emotional intelligence, and psychological safety rather than just problem-solving

We're really interested in how AI can support people when emotional intelligence and social awareness matter most.
