This PR improves the model card for EmoCaliber by:

• Adding pipeline_tag: image-text-to-text for better discoverability on the Hub.
• Adding library_name: transformers to enable the automated 'How to use' widget, as the model is compatible with the library.
• Including a direct link to the paper: EmoCaliber: Advancing Reliable Visual Emotion Comprehension via Confidence Verbalization and Calibration.
• Adding links to the GitHub repository and project page: https://github.com/wdqqdw/EmoCaliber.
