Improve model card metadata, add sample usage and citation

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I've updated the model card to include standardized metadata and better link the model to its research artifacts.
Specifically, this PR:
- Adds the
roboticspipeline tag to the metadata. - Specifies the license as
otherto reflect the NVIDIA Non-commercial license. - Adds links to the official GitHub repository and research paper.
- Includes a "Sample Usage" section based on the GitHub README to help users get started with the inference server and agent.
- Adds the BibTeX citation for the paper.
